Without the required documents your registration is not complete and you will not be granted access into the conference.

The papers and sessions scheduled to be presented at this Conference will be governed by the rules and limitations of ITAR (U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations). U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder Verification of all Attendees and Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement Certification Form DD2345 along with employment verification is REQUIRED of Non-Government Attendees. All contractors are considered Industry for registration purposes.
Attendance is limited to U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holders. All attendees are required to sign the citizenship portion of the Registration Form.
If you are registering onsite at the conference you will need to bring a Valid U.S. Passport, copy of U.S. Birth Certificate and a Government issued photo ID, U.S. Permanent Resident / Green Card, Government ONLY Valid CAC Card (no stripe or green stripe).
Each attendee will be provided with an identification badge during on-site meeting check-in. This badge must be worn at all conference activities. No badge means no access to ANY event venues. To receive conference material and badges, attendees must show one of the following forms of identification at check-in:
Government/Military Attendees:

Information regarding the DD Form 2345 Certification Process:
All U.S. active duty military personnel and Government Civilian Employees are exempt from the following certification requirements, but must show proper identification at registration check-in.
To qualify to attend the conference, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder. All non-government attendees (including contractors) are required to have a government Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Logistics Information Service certified DD Form 2345. The certification number is provided by the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO) located at the Logistics Information Services in Battle Creek, Michigan. This is the only authorized source of certification numbers.
Questions or Inquiries about your DD Form 2345 or the process to obtain a DD Form 2345, please contact the Joint Certification Office (JCO) at JCP-ADMIN@DLA.MIL or by phone at 877-352-2255.
Your Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Data Custodian/HR’s approval will be REQUIRED for attendance to the Conference.
All Non-Government Attendees registering onsite at the conference will need to have a completed Employment Verification Letter – click here to download template.
During the registration process, you will need to supply the name and email address of your FSO/Data Custodian/HR contact. An email will be sent to the FSO/Data Custodian/HR contact you supplied, so ensure you have entered the correct contact information on the registration form. A response from your FSO/Data Custodian/HR contact is REQUIRED for attendance to the conference.
Your Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Data Custodian/HR Contact will also be asked to verify that you have completed an Export Control Compliance (or ITAR) Training in 2024.
If your company does not provide Export Control Compliance (or ITAR) Training or if you are unsure that you have taken Export Control Compliance (or ITAR) Training in 2024, please review the Export Control Training from the DLA (Intro to Proper Handling of DoD Export Controlled Data) a 15-30 minute read. If using the DLA Training, please provide a notification to your FSO/Data Custodian/HR Contact that you have taken this DLA Training so that they can verify the training date to approve your registration.
For your protection, payments cannot be taken over the phone. All payment information must be submitted either during the initial registration process or through the link provided in the attendee registration confirmation.
Attendees are required to wear ID badges throughout the Conference General Session, Training, Technical Sessions, and Exhibit Hall. ID badges are not transferable, and DMC reserves the right to withdraw a badge used to gain admission to the Exhibition / Conference by any person other than the one for whom it was issued.
Please Note: Individuals attending DMC may be recorded or photographed during the course of the meeting, and by attending grant permission for their likenesses and the content of their comments, if any, to be broadcast, webcast, published, or otherwise reported or recorded.
