Join us in the exhibit hall this year for our Spotlight Session Live Demos. Take your organization Beyond the Booth and onto our exhibit hall stage for a 10 minute Live Demo in front of the DMC Audience.

Spotlight Sessions will be conducted during the Monday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Networking Reception. Final presentation timeslots will be determined by the Joint Defense Committee.

Submit an abstract for your 10 minute Spotlight Session by September 30, 2023.

Abstract Submission Rules for Spotlight Sessions

• No more than 500 words
• Must include author(s), organization, title of abstract
• Submission in Microsoft Word format
• Abstracts should include a concise description of the content, conclusions, and significance of the proposed presentation

Requirements if Your Presentation is Selected

• Presentation received by November 30, 2023
• Presentation in 16:9 ratio for loading onto session computer
• Each presenter must not exceed 10 minutes (including Q&A time)
• Presentations that are accepted must participate at the time scheduled by the Symposium Committee
• Must be a registered exhibitor
